thor 2

so i've never really been one of those loki fangirls. in fact, i don't fangirl about anything, ever. that being said, I LOVED THOR 2. all of my favorite parts were the ones with loki. i swear they made this movie specifically to burst the hearts of all fangirls and obsessed nerds out there.

if you didn't love loki before this movie, you do now.

i mean, really.

umm, firstly the whole conversation with his mother. his face when she asks if that means she's not his mother. the books. i just, i can't. i can't do it. i can't handle how much this movie made me love him.


then there's...

and him taunting thor the whole time he's trying to drive. what a backseat driver, i LOVE their brother dynamic.


aaaaaaaaaand of course my favorite five minutes where i cried and laughed then cried (and by cried i mean i flat out sobbed in the theatre, like les mes i dreamed a dream triggering my ptsd status). i mean, he FREAKING protects jane, and then just... just... i totally believed it all, every step of the way i just..asdjflaiwje onakjsv ow gojandfkl l.

so yeah. thor 2 is an awesome movie. and loki's bits in it are just PHENOMENAL. and even if you took those out, the movie is still amazing. sheesh. why such awesomeness, joss? marvel? what are you trying to DO to me??

and can i just say that i absolutely LOVE natalie portman? what a great character jane is, and i love the way she plays her. i love the bit when she's being scanned in that magical healer scanner thingie. she rolls her eyes and everything. i love it.
